Photos and video footage will be recorded at the event in order to illustrate this public event and for documentary reasons. This will involve group shots of at least 5 people but will not include any prominent portrayal of specific individuals. These photos and video footages can be used on websites and/or by all official hosts and partners of the event to illustrate relevant publications (brochures, flyers, magazines...) and/or on the respective social media channels (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram...) as well as in media articles (TV, radio, print and online media).
